Celebrating the future of the profession

OTD Class of 2025

In May, our second Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) class graduated, the Class of 2022. It was a wonderful celebration of all they have achieved, and we look forward to watching them transition to their new roles as OT practitioners. The Class of 2021 is already achieving great things. With a 100% NBCOT exam pass rate, they are practicing in a variety of settings including community-based practice. Several were offered positions by community programs who created a job for them based on their capstone experience and project.

Also in May, we welcomed the Class of 2025 to campus! Like all our cohorts, our newest class represents a range of personal and professional experiences and backgrounds that enrich the program and ultimately our profession. We are always reminded of how bright the future of the profession truly is, thanks to the passion and talent of UT Heath San Antonio students and alumni.
