From dental assistant to clinical manager, Noemi C. Gonzales has been a friendly fixture at the UT Health San Antonio campus and within the San Antonio community for over 37 years.  This August, Noemi retired leaving behind a legacy of excellence.

The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation honored Mark Miller, MD, DMD, with the 2020 Faculty Educator Development Award.

Georgios A. Kotsakis, DDS, MS, has been named as vice-president of the International Association for Dental Research's Implantology Research Group.
