You are invited to join us as we celebrate National Public Health Week 2024, occurring April 1 - 8. During this week, we will emphasize that we must protect, connect, and thrive with all people (no matter where they reside), arts, culture, theater, green spaces, and the expanse of nature surrounding and nurturing us. 

Moving protects our bodies and minds, connects us with people, places, and things, and ensures we thrive by being 'on the move'.

Therefore, the theme for the entire week is "Move! Wherever. However. Whenever."
