EPIC SCHEDULING CONVERSION WEEKEND SUCCESS

NEXT STEPS & GO-LIVE EXPECTATIONS
Please continue to prioritize and complete the required Epic training. Ensuring all team members are fully trained is essential for a smooth and efficient workflow as we fully integrate Epic into our operations. To confirm the courses you should register for, please check the Dental Job Roles and Courses list here.
A dedicated Epic Command Center will be on-site at the COHR from Dec. 10–20 and Jan. 2–10. During this time, they will provide immediate support and assistance. Epic team members will also be available to support UT Dentistry’s satellite clinics during the initial go-live. The team will triage tickets as they are received, ensuring timely resolutions. Following the go-live period, Epic’s team will continue to support UT Dentistry remotely and provide ongoing assistance.
Please use Team Dynamix to Report an Issue and indicate it is related to Epic Go-Live.
