The necessity for teamwork and collaborative efforts in science is essential, and ethical considerations have taken on new prominence. Further, technological advancements hold enormous potential for improving outcomes. The way we recognize and applaud our scientific milestones importantly showcases how we, as institutions, value the generation of knowledge. This presentation aims to spotlight the challenges we encounter and the opportunities available to us in addressing them.
